This privacy policy applies to the Agora Meet app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Uuganbat (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- Device type and model
Information You Provide
Providing personal information such as your name, job title, company, and profile photo is optional and used to personalize your experience within the Application.

- First name and last name (used for profile display)
- Company name (optional, for networking)
- Job title (optional, for networking)
- Profile photo (optional, for identification)
📱 In-App Features: The Application allows you to save sessions and exhibitors to your account. This data is stored securely and associated with your profile.
2. How We Use Your Information
The Service Provider uses the information you provide to:
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
- Display your profile information within the Application
- Save your selected sessions and exhibitors
- Contact you with important service-related notices
- Improve and optimize the Application's performance
3. Data Storage and Third Party Services
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by:
- Backend Hosting: Linode
- File Storage: CLoudflare R2
These service providers act as data processors on behalf of the Service Provider and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
The Service Provider does not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only:
- As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena)
- To protect the rights and safety of users
- With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to confidentiality obligations
4. Location Information
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. Your IP address may provide approximate geographic information but is not used for location tracking.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
6. Your Rights and Account Deletion
In-App Account Deletion
⚠️ You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the Application:
- Navigate to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the "Хууль эрх зүй" (Legal) section
- Tap "Аккаунт устгах" (Delete Account)
- Confirm your choice
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your email address
- Your name (first and last)
- Company name and job title
- Profile photo
- All saved sessions and exhibitors
This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process on your mobile device.
7. Data Retention Policy
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account
- Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Inactive accounts: Accounts inactive for 2 years may be automatically deleted
8. Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are under 13, please do not use this Application or provide any personal information.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

9. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain, including:

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Displaying a notice within the Application for significant changes
